Mohinder Pal Bansal is the Founding Partner and Chairman of Blacksoil Group. He provides management and corporate advisory to clients along with assisting in various formats of capital raising and restructuring.

Mohinder is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience and has advised corporates like Allcargo Global Logistics, Navneet Education, Prince Pipes, EduHold NV, Amforge Industries and Bank of Punjab with M&A, capital markets, fund management, and portfolio integration. He also serves on the board of six notable companies.

Virendra Gala is the promoter of Mahavir Agency which is engaged in the real estate advisory business.

He has over 25 years of real estate financing and broking experience with expertise across the real estate value chain from land acquisition to possession of fully developed projects. He specializes in enabling sale and acquisition of large parcels of industrial lands, strategizing marketing, and bulk buying of large real estate projects and has successfully completed transactions of ~7 million sq ft of industrial & land parcels for developers across Western Mumbai.

Chirag Shah is a Director at Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Partners Private Limited, where he leads fund-raising and investments across alternative credit AIFs, spanning both real estate and non-real estate segments.

He plays a key role in sourcing investment opportunities, transaction management, structuring, and asset management. With over a decade of experience in fund management, Chirag has been instrumental in setting up multiple Category II AIF credit funds across real estate and non-real estate sectors.

He also serves as a Director at BlackSoil AMC, overseeing credit funds across both segments. Over the years, he has been involved in managing Assets Under Management (AUM) of over ₹3000Cr.

Chirag holds an MBA in Finance.

Jyoti Agarwal is a BFSI veteran with nearly four decades of experience across ICICI Bank and the Kotak Group, spanning corporate banking, real estate financing, structured lending and stressed asset management.

Most recently, she was President and Business Head at Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited (KMIL), the Kotak Group's wholesale NBFC that provides structured credit solutions to corporates and the real estate sector. She was part of the Kotak Leadership Team and served on the board of Phoenix ARC Limited.

Prior to KMIL, Jyoti spent over 17 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she built and led the large and mid-corporate businesses. She began her career at ICICI Bank, spending close to 18 years across corporate finance, supply chain and stressed asset resolution.
